RECAP is a Quality Control Program to expedite everyday agent procedures by recognizing what is needed in the reservation, and automatically adding information, or completing required formats. Each reservation is reviewed 24 hours per day for completeness and accuracy.
An automated program which checks existing itineraries for lower fares at point of sale.
Automatically reviews existing reservations and searches for the lowest fares either on existing flights or alternate airlines and routings. It will also re-check reservations on an on-going basis looking for fare reductions and newly published fares.
Continuously scans for clearance of a lower fare or alternate flights. When lower fares, or alternate flights become available, the program will automatically confirm it. Scans live seat maps looking for the client’s preferred seats, and booking them when they become available.
Verifies that the reservation adheres to corporate travel policy.
Allows MMG Travel @ Journeycorp to designate colorful, attention grabbing highlights to important information in the agent’s computer, such as specific vendor information, flight information, and specific company information.
Automatically upgrades Advantage Gold and Platinum members on qualifying flights.
